Sick of being sick

I have been struck down with a mystery illness (ailment or something) since January 15. Guys, that's nearly a month. I've had test after test, with everything showing up "normal". I am so tired of this... So maybe, just maybe, someone out there has been where I am with similar symptoms and can give me a direction to research on this ailment.

Ok, so the symptoms...

• Abdominal pain (mostly right side. Started out low in abdomen and now lives in the upper part of my abdomen)
• Nausea
• Loss of appetite
• fatigue
• Joint pain
• On again, off again low grade fever

I went to the ER shortly after these symptoms began to appear because we thought it was my appendix or something super serious. But the CT they ran while I was there showed nothing out of the ordinary except my liver was slightly enlarged. They sent me home with instructions to follow up with a GP. So I did. I was then sent to a specialist in gastroenterology. He has run a couple more tests (blood work with specific tests and ultrasounds) and everything is "normal". No one knows what is wrong with my body. So please, keep me in your thoughts and prayers as we wait for more diagnostic testing. I've already lost 3 pounds off of my 120 pound body.
